Mr. Mcguire Began his Law-Enforcement career in 1987 where he attended the Corrections and Law-Enforcement Academy through the Florida Department of Law-Enforcement. Upon graduation Mr. Mcguire was hired on with the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office as a Corrections Officer. Mr. Mcguire was then recruited to work for the State of Florida as a Corrections Officer where he began to receive specialized training and obtained a position on the ERT (Emergency Response Team). During this period Mr. Mcguire also obtained his Instructors certification in the following areas.

After spending eleven years working for the State of Florida, Mr. Mcguire relocated to the State of Texas where he attended and graduated the San Antonio Texas Police Academy and began working with a specialized Team to rid the inner cities of drug houses, drug dealers and gang members. While serving on this specialized Task Force, Mr. Mcguire was able to work hand in hand with the Texas Rangers, DEA, ATF, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and the San Antonio Police Department. During this period, Mr. Mcguire also earned a Distinguished Shooter award, completed training as an Executive Protection Specialist and became an instructor for Tactical Building Entries and a Defensive Edged Weapons Instructor.
