Mr. Rossman retired from the US Army after serving twenty-one years of honorable service. Mr. Rossman started his career in 1984 where he served as an Infantry Soldier.

During his tenure in the Army Mr. Rossman worked in positions as Scout Team Leader, Scout Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Operations Sergeant, Observer/ Controller/ Trainer (OC/T). Mr. Rossman is experienced in Airborne, Air Assault and Light Infantry operations. Mr. Rossman also served in support of Hurricane Andrew
Relief and Combat Operations in Somalia, Haiti, Bosnia and Kosovo.

Mr. Rossman is US Army Ranger Qualified and is an instructor in military tactics such as: MOUT, Convoy Security in Hostile Environments, Patrolling, Small Unit Tactics, Tactical Operations Center Operations, Close Quarter Battle as well as a Firearms training instructor for crew served Machine Guns.

Mr. Rossman spent his last three years of active duty in the US Army as an Instructor at Camp Blanding Florida training thousands of Active Duty, Reservist and National Guard Military personnel in Combat Applications.

Since leaving the US Army, Mr. Rossman has continued service to his country as a High Threat Protection Specialist operating in countries such as Afghanistan and Iraq under combat operations for the United States Embassy protecting American Diplomats and Congressional Delegates. Mr. Rossman has continuously proven himself as a self-sustaining operator able to deliver under the most complex situations.

Mr. Rossman was selected as an Adjunct Instructor for LOTC on recommendation because of his credentials, his work ethic and a personal reference from other LOTC Instructors that have worked with Mr. Rossman under high stress situations where Mr. Rossman maintained composure and was able to make decisions ensuring the safety of his Principle and Team. Mr. Rossman is also LOTC’s High Risk Training Liaison for all Camp Blanding operations.
