Mr. Parker Started his career off in the United States Army where he served 6 years under Honorable Conditions. During his time in the Army, Mr. Parker deployed to Mogadishu Somalia under combat operations where he was assigned to a Quick
Reaction Force that responded to attacks upon coalition forces. Mr. Parker also went through Assessment and Selection for the Elite 160th SOAR (Night Stalkers) where he finished up his commitment to the Armed Forces.

Mr. Parker started in the Private Security arena in 1998 where he has served in many key positions providing Security for CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies, the protection of celebrities and key Public figures as well as worked in high threat environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan protecting American Diplomats, Congressional Delegates and other key Chief of Mission personnel.

Mr. Parker has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and has attained certifications as a Certified Protection Officer/Instructor through the International Foundation for Protection Officers and a Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist through the Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board. Mr. Parker is also certified to provide protection to American Diplomats overseas in Hostile Environments
through the Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service.

Mr. Parker is also a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of Florida and is currently the CEO and President of Steel Rain Risk Management Group, Inc.
