Mr. Hallman began his career in 1986 in the United States Coast Guard where he served honorably for 7 years. During his
tenure with the Coast Guard Mr. Hallman completed the Law-Enforcement Boarding Team Member program where he
operated on a Federal Law-Enforcement Anti-Drug smuggling prevention Team.
After serving honorably in the United States Coast Guard, Mr. Hallman was hired on to the Indiana State Capitol Police where
he served as a sworn Law-Enforcement Officer. Mr. Hallman was also assigned to the Governor of Indiana’s Personal Security
Detail where he was responsible for the day to day protective services and movements of the governor.
In 1995 Mr. Hallman left the Capital Police and went to work for the South Bend Police Department in South Bend Indiana
where he earned seventeen Letters of Commendation and received the American Red Cross’s “Hero’s Hall of Fame” Award.
Mr. Hallman’s experience within the Department includes SWAT Team and EOD Team member for 8 years. During this time,
Mr. Hallman also worked as a member of the Under-Cover Narcotics Team where he served numerous high risk Felony Warrants.
In early 2004 Mr. Hallman began training Candidates at the Federal Law-Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) for the United
States Coast Guard’s Law-Enforcement Division. Mr. Hallman decided service to his country was not complete and decided to
assess, where he was selected to work as a contractor for the Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service in Baghdad Iraq
where he performed as a Protective Security Specialist working various protective details for US Ambassadors and visiting
Congressional Delegates.

Mr. Hallman was selected as an Adjunct Instructor for LOTC on recommendation because of his credentials, his work ethic and
a personal reference from other LOTC Instructors that have worked with Mr. Hallman under high stress situations where
Mr. Hallman maintained composure and was able to make decisions ensuring the safety of his Principle and Team.
